In a hair transplant by stereomicroscopy follicular units, a narrow strip of skin is removed from the donor site found in the back of the head with a new technique of incision "trichophytic" which is closed so that no tension on the skin and can heal perfectly. The incision sealed such that hairs grow through the scar. Subsequently, the hair taken from the donor area is processed in special microscopes fourth generation, where each follicular unit is carefully identified and separated without damaging the follicle and its annexes.
